Mortal Description: Alex's features are slightly elongated though not to the same distance as his Fae Mien and he doesn't seem THAT much out of the ordinary. His Mien's warm breath carries under the mask and his chest where his scales cover is leathery, hard and sort of calloused.
Fae Mien: Elf-like. Alexandre's Fairest shows through and he looks like the quintessential Elf from say, Lord of the Rings, Warcraft or just flat out legend. He's pretty with longer ears and slightly elongated features. Under his clothes, the Wyrd has started to give him a thin layer of green dragon scales that have spread from his heart on both his back and chest to simulate a sleeveless shirt. Anyone who's known him since his time in Faerie may remember a time when the scales only covered his heart. When he smiles, more perceptive characters may notice he has small fangs that, similar to his scales, didn't used to be as pronounced.
His Mantle of the Summer Court shows its presence as warm breath, even when he's trying to blow cool air. If he attempts to heat an area by blowing hot air on it, a small amount of steam or smoke is mixed in with the breath. As his Summer Mantle grows, he begins radiating that heat from his body, eventually getting to the point where small bits of water or things like snowflakes will melt as they near him and evaporate on his skin.
As a gift from his Entitlement, in the light, sunlight seems to reflect off of him better, even if he's not wearing his signature full plate, and in low light, he almost seems to be wreathed in a dim white halo.

Known History
Basic Timeline: Born: Winter 1986, Taken: Summer 2003, Escaped: Spring 2005
Background: Alexander Luis Romero was born in Tulsa, OK in December 1986 to Alejandro and Allison Romero after a wild and crazy football party. Alejandro was their high school's starter offensive tackle and Allison was the Vice-President of the Cheerleader Squad. He wasn't ever great in school but he wasn't terrible, he just wanted to work out and play football like his dad. To pass the time he picked up hobbies like hockey, football, of course and the SCA. He learned to use a weapon through his time in the SCA and its variation groups which practiced on different days of the week. At 16, he was lured into the Hedge by an old veteran who was renowned for his martial prowess at the combat sport but rarely attended practices and turned out to be a Changeling Privateer. The veteran told him he wanted to teach him a few moves and attacks but they were secret. Alex followed the 'veteran' away from the group up into some woods where the Privateer knocked him out and dragged him into the Hedge and sold him to the Knight Captain of La Comtesse Adeline Glace's Guards.
When Alex's Fetch was created and set off to go about his life, it continued along Alex's path of football and combat sports but started doing terribly in school, much to his father's dismay. Alex's Fetch went to work with his father and grandfather, who was still doing construction work, even into his 50s because it was all he knew as a migrant worker. Alex's father lost all hope for his son when he gave up a scholarship to college for his football skill so that he could stay and work with them, which he still does but keeps up a secret life of mock(and sometimes real) swordplay on the weekends after work.
Durance: Upon being dragged into the Hedge and taken to l'Hiver Gelé, Alex was taken to the basement of its fighting arena where he was given his choice of a weapon combination and was placed in heavy armor. Alex's training had prepared him well for this and he fit in. What he wasn't ready for were the days of practice which seemed to last forever. Eventually he was entered into his first fight and spared his opponent, a Goblin Pirate, to which La Comtesse took as an offense and had him delivered to La Tortionnaire for 'reeducation.' After spending an unknown number of days being tortured and yelled at in French he didn't understand, he was taken to a lord's manor in a village where he learned French, got his first real experiences with living in a permanent winter 'wonderland' and labored long and hard on the land like a medieval peasant, all the while being taken back and forth to the arena to show his skills to La Comtesse and the arena's audience.
After working on the land and practicing his weapon skills for more days that went on forever, he was offered a position on La Comtesse's Guard by her Knight Captain. Alex took the position and after working under the Knight Captain for who knows how long, Alex is summoned to La Coeur Saphir, the grand manor of La Comtesse. She orders him to go and declare her Love to the Knight Captain, who was by now one of Alex's best friends. Alex reluctantly goes and delivers the message to his friend, who turns slightly dazed and follows him back to La Coeur Saphir and to the bedroom of La Comtesse Adeline. She instructs Alex to stand against the wall and make sure that an escape is not successful and after a long, hard gulp, Alex nods and takes his place where he is forced to watch his friend and Captain make love to and die at the hands of, La Comtesse Adeline Glace. After she is finished, she rolls the Captain's body off of hers and with a smirk that never went away and a satisfied saunter, La Comtesse approaches Alex and hands him his Captain's icy sword, declaring Alex the new Knight Captain of l'Hiver Gelé. She then giggles and kisses his cheek before heading into her washroom to clean up. It was then that La Comtesse touched his heart and imbued him with the wisdom, strength and dignity that became his "evolution" into one of the Draconic.
Alex performed his duties as Knight Commander for over two years(to his elongated perceptions) and made many friends and allies throughout l'Hiver Gelé until one day, one of his brightest and closest students approached him with a message from La Comtesse. Alex quickly interrupted his Knight and issued him one last order, backing it with every title and honor he could think of. The Knight bowed and took off into the blizzard of l'Hiver Gelé to complete his mission while Alex, now known as Alexandre du Glace, quickly traveled around the County to gather up an escape party of his friends and confidants and led them out of the province using contracts, titles and intimidation factor of his group to his advantage.
Current Activities: These days, Alex, who now goes by Alexandre du Y'sera at the suggestion of his girlfriend, does here and there jobs as a "self-defense instructor" specializing in all sorts of swordsmanship styles and other small weapons, occasionally teaching what hand to hand tactics he knows other than straight out brawling. He has taken up learning various contracts along with honing his combat skills, preparing to use La Comtesse's gifts against her one day to follow the proverb of fighting fire with fire. He also follows the hockey career of one of his Blood Brothers, his escape party from l'Hiver Gelé, Cosmo Federov,
as well as serving as the Summer King of Tulsa since his escape.
Merit Details: Alexandre is in possession of a Hoarfrost Spine. When he activates it, its drawback shifts his seeming toward an icy one, how his Keeper would have wanted him. Rather than having his usual warm breath, it turns chilly and frost can be seen in it if you pay close enough attention. Closer toward the middle of the 24 hour drawback time, small icicles and a thin layer of frost sometimes forms on his clothing and/or armor. Alexandre is also in possession of a finely crafted suit of Hedgespun plate armor. No one is quite for sure if he crafted it himself or had it crafted by an allied Wizened, though whoever did construct it knew what they were doing. It gives Alexandre the protection he looks for in such armor, the noble stature bonuses of Hedgespun and the appearance of a "knight in shining armor" archetype which may or may not accord him more glory in Lost circles.
