The Motley was formed over a mutual understanding of how an alliance between the Autumn and Winter courts could be mutually beneficial.
However, do not assume this is some wide eyed naieve hope that we can all live together happily, far from it. No members of this Motley have even the slightest misconception that they're all super best friends - any that do find a rude awakeneing. The individual is just as important as the group, it is encouraged, even if that brings about clashes of opinion or personality with the other member of the group. Arguements and debates are frequent but at the end of the day, in the core of it all, they know why they're working together and are thankful for the others' presence.
