Synopsis:
Altair is a strangly intimdating man who talks rarely but is inept in most conversations as he doesn't quite know what he should or shouldn't say. He also has no real idea on how to function in the world anymore and as such has now got a career working for "The Agency" and regularly travels all around the world doing their bidding.
Looks:
Usually wears a non-descript suit and tie with short hair and has been known to wear glasses or sunglasses to "blend in" with everyone else.

Short History:
Altair was abducted as in his late twenties while working as a sergeant in the Foriegn legion while on a black ops mission in afganistan during the first Gulf War.
