Physical description:
Amber dresses in video game inspired gear, with punk and goth inspired additions. She's the sort of girl who's always got her headphones on, her PSP out, and the world tuned out. She's not the brat you might expect though. Her harsh exterior hides a kind, friendly and talkative woman, who is indeed as all of us are - Lost. She generally carries a Nintendo Zapper and her Guitar Hero guitar with her, wherever she goes. Her hair is unkept, her clothes dont always match, and this is assuredly much worse without her mask up.
Amber as DJ Miragel
Amber is a big part of the Radio Free Fae Pirated Radio station, a group of Changelings banded together to bring broadcasts to the 'Ling public. Both entertainent and Information the RFF broadcasts can be found on their site. Miragel has her own show, The ROFLocolypse where she spouts off, gossips and occasionally interviews other Lings. Sometimes funny and sometimes a wound up fountain of rage, the show covers several different topics. DJ Miragel is always looking for peopel to interview. History

Basic Timeline:
1981 – Casey Scott Norton (her brother) born to Thomas and Alison Norton, in Tampa, Florida.
1986 – Born Jennifer Lacey Norton to Thomas and Alison Norton, in Tampa, Florida.
1992 – Taken by the Faerie. Casey was babysitting me, and while I was trying to get him to play with me and my dollies, he cried out to someone and anyone to take me away. Casey was playing “Alone in the Dark.” I wanted him to play house. After pestering him for a while, he screamed out “I JUST WISH THEY’D TAKE YOU AWAY!” Shortly afterwards, A grim digital hand reached out to me, and dragged me into the television, leaving Casey behind screaming.
1999 - Returned from Faerie by her brother during storm in Kenosh, Wisconson
1999 - Spends her time learning hwo to walk again, and getting re-acquainted with society.
2000 - Gets job at WIIL 95.1 in Wisconson.
2000 - Joins Radio Free Fae as an occasionaly DJ. But 6 months later she becomes a regular broadcaster. She Frequently Broadcasts from on the Great Lakes
2000 - While traveling on an interview in Michigan, Amber meets Storm who introduces her to storm chasing and the fledgling group of Storm Society enthusiasts.
2001 - With the help of others(including her brother, David "Gilded" Manning, and Jack Freeman) Amber kills her fletch, officially leaving behind her mortal life.
2001 - Joins Summer Court
2001 - Trains under Morgan Silver
2001 - Makes a trip to Phoenix AZ while on a job, meets Morgana Damphair and witnesses the horror of their Summer Ruler.
2002 - Helps Phoenix AZ get out form under their Tyrant - Anerian
2003 – Amber begins traveling with her storm chasing group regularly
2004 – Amber moves to Las Vegas to become a member of the media there, working for KXTE as the night time DJ
2004 - Dates Holloway for Six months, but in the end leaves him because its better for her career and personal life
2004 - After hearing about The Haven from Holloway she heads out to LA to learn more about them. The relationship with Holloway didn't go so well, but the Family she found in LA would prove to be a much longer and more uplifting relationship.
2004 - Interviews Sebastian Wulfhiem CEC for his third Book. Gets her first taste of his dining establishments.
2005 - Amber helps Gerri Williams kill her fetch in exchange for her services as a nutritionist and personal trainer.
2005 – Amber heads to New Orleans for Katrina with her brothers and sisters of the storm, Where she helps found the Three Harmonies Storm Society
2006 - Meets Ae Lament at the Ghost Bar one night.
2007 - Under her DJ name, Miragel, Amber pimps Black Velvet Rope on her show, helping them achieve more acclaim.
2007 - October - Attends the Hunt of Leaves and the Fallen Fair.

Background:
Jennifer and her older brother, Casey didn't always get along. He wanted to play video games and she wanted to play with dollies. One evening after gettign sick of her pestering, Casey cried out for something to take her away. Something certainly did.
Jennifer was dragged into Faerie by an elemental who knew his master would appreciate the gift. Dragged down into the Dark Wizard's realm, Jennifer was turned into a metal Princess, hung high over his realm. His home was one of blocky creatures, their voices monotone and unusually distorted.

Hard, metallic clothes were attached to her, she too becomes as blocky and distorted as her Keeper and his minions. Wires fall from her pink and white dress made of metal. Plugged into electricity in her cage, she glows serving as a reminder of the unattainable goal to all who enter the Dark Wizard’s realm. This constant flow of energy in her little cage is what eventually shapes her.
Hanging high in her cage above the Faerie influenced land, Jennifer grows up into a young woman, but her form never changes. Her body stays molded by the metal dress, never changing. Occasionally she is dusted off by other servants. Sometimes a Lost who has been trapped in the realm tries to save her, but still she is left atop the cage. The realm changes slightly though as the Dark Wizard studies the technology of Earth. Seemingly obsessed with the other realm, Jennifer who barely remembers her own name now, watches and tries to learn. Blocks become jagged polygons, and even the wizard’s features seem to be more distinguishable.
Jennifer spent her time in her cage plotting revenge, learning how to bathe in electricity and how to utilize her very small surroundings. Then her mental stability stated slipping, she had started to call herself princess because that’s all she ever heard anyone call her. Years went by, she forgot about home, about her family, about how she had got there. Then He came.
Tall, dark and laid down with plastic guns, a glove and with a block looking device. He looked familiar. She didn’t know why. She was dazed and confused, as if he was in the wrong place when he cut her cage open and dragged her along with him. Her dress was so heavy; it had been so long since she had walked. He hit a bracelet on his arm and picked her up, running and yelling something she couldn’t understand. So many words she didn’t know, that she didn’t remember. Her dress was so heavy, but still he carried her, until he screamed “Hold on!”
Then everything went black.
After a few months of learning about the world and how it had changed, she chose the name Amber Clinton. As fate would have it, the summer storm landed both Amber and her brother in Decorah Kenosha Wisconsin, where they would initially make their home.
