Physical description: Tall and slim, with black hair and hazel eyes. Tattoos on her arms and legs. Wears cut-off shorts even in the winter time. Her hair is always wet. Her mien exaggerates her features; her eyes are larger, her mouth is wider and her skin takes on a blue-green tinge. Fins and gills become prominent features. She'll proudly tell you she's a bluegill, but her features actually more closely resemble fish that don't exist on this side of the Hedge.
Story
Brief History: Anne’s durance in Arcadia consisted mostly of herding the bizarre fish that wandered aimlessly on the bottom of a massive underwater city. She never really understood why it was important to do, as the fish were of relatively stunted intelligence and residents of the city never bothered with the bottom of the tank anyway, choosing instead to swim about in the higher, more brightly lit depths. Her only form of social interaction were with the fish, and the other changeling workers. Anne named herself after the most famous female pirate in history. As a mortal, she works at the Crab Orchard marina as a dock hand. She studies at John A. Logan and hopes to go to SIU for wetland conservation. She volunteers time at the wildlife refuge in her free time.
