OOC Mechanics
Prerequisites
Potential nobles of the Unbroken Circle must have a Wyrd of 4, at least one dot of Socialize with a specialisation in Courtly Etiquette, and must be approved by the charter members of the Circle in order to be admitted.
Benefits
In a freehold whose ruling court is out of season, any Circle members who are present receive a +3 to Persuasion.
