Physical description: Mein: Bella is medium height and curvy in build. Her dark red hair is thick and curly, usually worn in a messy and confused updo. Her skin is as white as snow and her eyes as grey and cold as ice. Black rims her eyes and frozen black tears are always frozen on her face. She is typically seen in a veil or hat.Mask: Belladonna looks more human then her mein. Her build and features are much the same, however her skin is light olive in tone and her hair a less dramatic shade.

Known History

Basic Timeline: Pre-Hedge 1930-1950:Born on October 14, 1930 as Maria DeMera in Fresno, CA to orange growers. She had a younger brother and sister and lived with her grandparents (as most Italian families did on the ranches). They would frequent the Warner's theater and revel in the glamour of the theater. Maria would often grab her sister by the hand and drag her to the theater or dance hall when their parents were worried about "the big bad lupe out there" gobbling them up. In the summer of 1946 Maria had stolen her father's farm truck and drove it to LA to become a star. It was there that she changed her name to Isabella and struggled only for a year as a model before gaining a huge role with a leading man. Just before filming the studio asked her to travel to Napa...it is then that she was taken.The Hedge 1950-2000: It appeared as a car crashing into a tree during a foggy valley night, another tradgic death of a young starlet. Though the lady of Fog and Dust prefered to take her victims this way. During her drive Isabella or "Bella" to her friends she saw her younger brother under the tree, and driving past their old home this struck her as odd...as he hasn't aged, still with his rifle and hunting trunks. Offering her a beautiful red rose, he stood hauntingly stuck in time. That is when she crashed, and went into the hedge. The Lady of Fog and Dust had taken her for her talent and beauty, to serve her as a hand maiden and be used as her personal journal. She shaped her ladies into her various moods for amusement and relief. Taking the brunt of the pain during her tantrums, the ladies often would see and perform horrible acts of torture and pain without emotion. There were three ladies when Bella arrived, one being her younger beautiful sister. Together they fled with the movement, both of them working as insiders...as they were close to the Lady. They tracked her movements and tricked her into a trap which she would be lead to the waiting men who would kill her. However, Bella worries that killing the Lady should not be that easy, and is convinced this is all some evil trick.Post-Hedge 2000-present: Living at the Sanitarium of Wayward Dreams ....things happen and stuff.
