Physical description: Bloody_Butcher_Tim is roughly 7 feet tall. He is built with a combination of fat and muscle that makes his size seem not at all lanky and his face is the brick red of the stereotypical butcher. A life of hard use has left him with a dour expression. He has a seeming that accentuates his brow and jaw, both of which protrude in a paleolithic countenance. Short, sharp, tusks protrude from his lower jaw. His skin takes a cupric colour almost like that of dried blood with random changes in intensity which suggest that, perhaps, he really is covered in every drop of blood of every man and beast that has ever tasted his fists or his cleaver and his eyes glow with red fire. Ripples of heat distortion drape around him like a cloak and when he becomes enraged these undulate until looking at him nearly provokes a sense of vertigo as those things near him ripple and shift wierdly in heat-haze effected perspective. When Tim is at his most wrathful steam rises from his head and shoulders and phantom blood drips from his hands and any weapon he is holding, vanishing seconds after it ceases to maintain contact with Tim and his impressive mantle.

Known Information
Bloody Butcher Tim operates "Tims Fine Meats Emporium", a small butcher shop in Charlottetown PEI. When not involved in court politics he is usually found there in business hours. In off-hours he is a frequent registrant in tuffman boxing competitions and other pseudo-leal (or illegal) fighting events where the big man has developed a reputation as a frightening opponent.
Known History
Basic Timeline:
1965: Tim is abducted into faerie at age 13.
1965-2001: Tim works in the butchery of a brutal giant fae. When not working he is subjected to regular beatings. He is also forced to eat the leavings from the giant's table, including more than one of his peers. As time goes by the already large boy swells to truly massive size on his foul diet. He also begins to hate his master more and more. One night he smashed his way out of the cave where he was being held, devastating all the barriers in his way and fled into the hedge, eventually coming out in Charlottetown. Tim arrives from Faerie looking like he is in his late 20s or early 30s. He is uncertain how much time subjectively has passed.
2005: Tim begins to integrate with the summer court. The anger he feels towards his former master lends him strength and makes him a true exemplar of the local court. Tim becomes one of the most stalwart defenders of the court. He also begins enlisting in tuffman events to harvest Glamour in ways less likely to attract attention than wading into bar brawls.
2001: Tim opens "Tims Fine Meats Emporium" in order to earn some money.
2003: With the underworld of Charlottetown beginning to slip into turmoil small time hoods try to shake down his poor neighbourhood for protection money. He beats one within an inch of his life and kills the other, eventually using his butchery skills to leave the corpses blended in with other meats which he disposes of claiming that he is concerned some of the meat might have become tainted.
Early 2004 (Winter): Tim begins stalking local pimps, drug pushers who sell to children and other ne'er do wells and giving them sound beatings. Any who return or fight back usually see the sharp end of his cleaver.
2005: Tim has one close call with the law and begins to be more circumspect with his vigilante activities. It's rumoured he joins the Tolltaker Knights in the summer of this year.
Current Activities: Tim continues his vigilante work although he has begun to focus more on those changelings who exploit his chosen charges. He is highly protective of his community which, thanks to his ministrations, has the lowest rate of vice crime of any neighbourhood in PEI which is below the poverty line in average salry. Nobody in the community is aware that he is anything more than a big loud butcher who likes to scare little kiddies who come into his shop for fun.
Merit Details: Tim has a very strong summer mantle and a potent wyrd which causes his mask to often seem to reflect his seeming more than is healthy at times.
