  • Dreamwood Retreat® Amaranthine, Winter Park Hedge, 2005. Deep red highly aromatic with a bouquet of cherries, apples and spices. It starts wet and sweet and finishes smooth and crisp. Excellent legs. Best at room temperature. 3 servings, $50.00 US a bottle.
  • Dreamwood Retreat® Bramble Pear, Oviedo Hedge, 2006. Light and sweet, similar to most Rieslings. A bouquet of citrus and pear. Starts sweet and then finishes with a slightly sour bite. 3 servings, $25.00 US a bottle.
  • Dreamwood Retreat® Briar Apple, Orlando Hedge, 2005. A Christmas-like bouquet of fruit and spices. Pungent aroma like that of a Christmas drink, strong mouth feel finishes clean. Recommended for winter festivities and gatherings. 3 servings, $35.00 US a bottle.
  • Dreamwood Retreat® Dreamgrape, Windermere Hedge, 2006. A rosy blush. This is a sweet wine, comparable to most German Eiswine. Complicated flavors that seem to grow on each other with each sip. The bouquet evolves as you drink. Leaves a very satisfied mouth feeling. 3 servings, $26.00 US a bottle.
  • Dreamwood Retreat® Honey fruit, Winter Park Hedge, 2004. A bouquet strong with the scent of honey, grape and citrus. Very rich mouth feel, comparable to mead. 3 servings, $28.00 US a bottle.
  • Dreamwood Retreat® Sky Berry, Cleremont Hedge, 2007. A light airy floral bouquet with hints of blueberries and blackberries with a gentle citrus background. It hits the palate with a flavor almost identical to the bouquet. Taken from the upper levels of the hedge in the area. A deep blue colored wine. Drinks like a white, best as a desert wine. 4 servings, $38.00 US a bottle.
  • Dreamwood Retreat® Thatch Berry, Oviedo Hedge, 2006. Another red. A very floral bouquet, sturdy legs, a rich mouth feel, flavors of raspberry and blackberry, with an oak undertone. Shelf for up to 1 year. Best served chilled. 3 servings, $20.00 US a bottle.
