Summation: Struggling through life as the focal point for a series of disasters, Candy has learned to find solace and accepted what she has determined to be her fate. Now, she uses this "curse", as she has termed it, to her advantage and to the advantage of others. She is as enchantingly beautiful as she is morbidly disturbed, believing that only through tragedy will people realize their full potential and strength. Her inherent, ethereal sorrow draws others to her like moths to a flame, and the fire in her burns long enough to find out if Candy can create what she calls a "Phoenix". Not all survive the process of her transformation, but the ones that do make it worthwhile. She both loves and hates herself, having no sense of identity other than vicariously through those she inspires. She clings to the thread of hope and desperately seeks her redemption through the companionship and love of others.
Appearance (Mask): Candy is a tall and slender, more so than the average, woman in her early to mid twenties. Her long hair is a very pale blond color, and her eyes a deep violet. The pallor of her skin gives a beautifully haunting appearance to her rather fragile looking frame. While her Mask shrouds her fae mien, there is something wholly unearthly about her, as if she could have easily stepped from your dream into being.
Appearance (Mein): Candy appears as an enchanting and inhuman being bearing resemblance to her Mask. Her hair and eyes are a fluctuating rainbow of hues, scintillating like a rainbow-kaleidescope of blanched shades. Her ears are curved and pointed, her facial features more angular, and her eyes large and almond shaped. There is an ethereal and haunting appearance to her that makes her equal parts captivating and ominous. The impact of her Winter Court Mantle lends a cold and distant aspect to the beauty of her Fairest seeming.

History: Chocolate or Vanilla?
Keeper: The Count of Marks, Jean-Florent Lejeune, Architect of the Nine Forms, Apollonian Artiste.
Fetch: Mrs. Marilyn Prashant grew and married an older man, her adopted father. She is a reserved homemaker and is rarely seen outside of the occasional household errand or public affair. Attending charity events and the like on the arm of her husband, no one comments on the depravity of their relationship anymore. She continues to reside in Toledo, OH and is watched from afar by the one she replaced. Candy has never made contact with her. There is no reason to. Discreet observances allow Candy to realize the life she could have led and bask in the misery thereof. Sometimes, fate has a funny way of doing you a favor.

- The Sisters Nine - Part of the Motley of unique Muses all taken by the same Keeper, Candy is the embodiment of the Muse of Tragedy, Melpomene.
- The Freehold of the Great Black Swamp - Former Winter Queen and Onyx Speaker of the Equinox Council, Candy is a staunch supporter of her Freehold even though she no longer holds a political position. She is often seen as the local gossip or tale-teller.
- The Innkeepers - Joining the Guild in 1998, Candy operates the Broken Glass Almshouse in Toledo, Ohio. She has been sponsor to Mal and Doc Luv in joining the Guild as well.
