Physical description:
Mien: As her fae self, Joss stands 5'8". She has long blue-black hair that cascades down her back in tiny braids and seems to change color with every step. Braided into her hair are various tiny shells that one would find at sea. She walks with a fluid grace, everything about her seeming to work in perfect harmony. Her skin has a light blueish tone to it, and her eyes are the color of the sea - changing with her moods and the environment around her.
Mask: Jocelyn's mask shows a slightly different woman. She retains the dark hair and the ever changing eyes. She is a beautiful woman, though she seems to have a harshness about her that does not bode well for relationships of any kind.

Husband – lost several years ago, and possibly returned (or maybe never really taken again, whatever you want). Jocelyn will have no recollection of him, nor of the 3 years where they were happily married.
A happily married Changeling couple who would have been willing to adopt a child saved by Joss.
Any Changelings who she may have fished out of the Hedge (Post 2000 - this can have been anywhere.) Or, Changelings who she found shortly after stumbling out of the Hedge.
Any Changelings who she may have found and returned to their Keepers (Pre 1999 - in Arcadia only.)

Anyone interested in being part of her motley, or former members of the motley – they spent copious amounts of time bringing lost back and helping get them set up on normal every day life. She continues to do this, and has since 2000.

Known Information

Jocelyn appeared on the scene in early 1999. She was found in San Diego by a Motley dedicated to rescuing Lost and re-integrating them into society. It did not take long for her to join the Motley and assist them in their duties. In mid-2000, Jocelyn opened a shipping company with the assistance of her Motley. At the beginning, she only shipped via water; however in the past 4 years she has expanded to trucking and cargo flights.

Jocelyn currently resides in Colorado Springs, though she travels often to continue managing her business. She is known to have access to several safe havens around the country, and she never turns away someone who is in need of her assistance. When one first meets Joss, she appears to be aloof and slightly intimidating. Usually, her true personality quickly comes out - she is a very kind woman, and is known to be quite motherly towards people she rescues.

Joss is a member of the Summer Court, and she is dedicated to making the Gentry's lives a living hell. In her mind, she believes the best way to harm them is to take away the toys that they so love. She will do nearly anything in her power to save another Lost, and will always rejoice in removing another toy from the Fae.
