Mask: Average Height. Brown Hair. Dresses in Black T-shirt and often a Leather Vest. Arm Tattoos. Sunglasses.
Mien: His eyes are a yellow-green of a Siberian tiger. His hair has a orangeish tinge. The Stripes down his arms and back are mostly concealed by his tattoos.

1985 Kidnapped at age 23
In Arcadia:
He find himself in the "service" of Marcus Julius Draconis.
Marcus transformed him into a Tiger for various purposes
- He was paraded around like a pet complete with collar and such. It was typical of high ranking Roman to have Lion or Tiger as pet and to walk them in processions or take them to social gatherings. Cato was exploited in this fashion.
- He was use to hunt in Marcus’ private game reserve. Marcus gained some joy from watching a large animal savage a smaller one for food or sport. Cats were ideal for this purpose. Cato desperately fears that some of his “prey” was other changelings.
Eventually, Marcus grew tired of these activities, and dumped him in the Ringmaster's arena to die. This was the action that resulted in him regaining his mind. His pride was mollified by the previous activities; however to be sent to the arena was a serious insult. At first his understanding of the situation was limited. He watched combats from his cell, to some degree enjoying the spectacle. However, after watching a combat to the death he started to wonder. He noticed Adra cleaning up after the battle. He managed to attract her attention. He started asking question about the arena, and the combat that took place. She told him that he was here to die and that most combat were to the death. He started to look for a way out
Sent to the arena, he joins the revolt lead by Ferret managing to escape the Ringmaster estate. In the chaos he become cut off from the other
2000 He exits the Hedge, become a biker, join the Summer Court
2001 Spend six months with Morgan Silver learning to fight with reason not rage.
2002 Start seriously competing in the Summer Tourney in the region he happen to be in that summer.
Meets Stephen Daedalus, at the Magistrates of the Wax Mask Tourney, loses to him ( barely ) in unarmed combat, swear over a few beers that it will be different next time.
2003 Come to the Magistrates of the Wax Mask Tourney, looking forward to a rematch with Stephen. Disapointed that Stephen isn't there, but happy that he wins the unarmed combat.
- Competes and wins a few Summer Tourneys in various places over the next few years. His record at these tourneys is mixed.
2005 Meets Gerri Williams,a fellow biker, at a tourney and wanders nomadicly with her for the next year.
Decides to the make South West his “official” home. At this time, He also gets seriously involved in The Praesidium taking an active role in the Century of the South West.
Semi-retires from Summer Tourney competition
2007 Find himself in Salt Lake. Joins the Lighthouse (Asylum) of the Desert Harbor
