Scion of Seasons
It is not uncommon to the city to have an individual with which has Court Good Will within each of the courts of the city. That member, who is seen in good favor with all of the courts of the city is not unknown to enter into a pact with the court leader receiving transition that they will hold true their pact (said agreement) to with honor authenticate the transition of season by truthfully identifying the sign of the transition. Such a title is honorable and very respected as not only is the individual seen in favor with every court, they are seen as a respected and trusted individual by the changelings (sub: Changelings do not trust other changelings).
