Changeling Air Rapid Delivery Service
From Changeling Venue

C.A.R.D.S was started in 2002 by Speedy G, a Beast Windwing who found she had a talent for getting all sorts of things from here to there. In her travels after being rescued from the Hedge, she met and befriended a variety of Lost whom she connected with, many who joined the CARDS when it was formed. There are no official hierarchies - the CARDS respect results, and the more successful you are in getting the job done, the more a CARD will defer to you.
Their motto is "No package too big, no message too small". Secure, discreet and most of all, fast and no questions asked. This is a diverse group dedicated to transporting items big and small across distances that may need special care due to their value, inherent danger, or magical nature. Members of this group can be the Negotiators who handle the terms of delivery agreements, the Kings of the Road, who make the long distance deliveries, or Jokers, the specialists who handle the dangerous runs through the Hedge.
Recruits are rigorously vetted for trustworthiness and discretion - the trademarks of the service. They are then tested and trained in all aspects of the service. Members of any court are allowed to join

What we do
Who are we ?
The C.A.R.D.S are a semi-autonomous business group that prides itself on delivering anything anywhere within the Lost community, be it across town or across the country. The CARDS are not an entitlement at this time, but as the business grows there is a possibility that it may become one, although not a exclusive one. Many CARDS can and are part of other entitlements and groups, and others (especially Jacks) are semi-freelance contractors.
All CARDS agree regardless of their other dealings, that when doing CARD business, the Code must be rigorously applied. This is often referred to by members as being "Under the Badge". Wearing a CARD badge represents the investment that the founder of the group, and the group as a whole has in your ability and trustworthiness. This binds you to aid a fellow CARD when necessary, but also give you the full support of any CARD in the nation in order to complete your assigned delivery. There may be times where you may be bound by a pledge to complete a delivery, and this support may be invaluable.
Depending on what level you choose to participate, you may be doing anything from local deliveries inside your domain or local area, to proxies to other domains outside your state, or region. the negotiators and those who collect our fees are less likely to travel, but will have a greater internet and public "presence" than the couriers who tend to keep a lower profile. CARDS will often change duties based on their situation, going from Ace to Jack for example when they need to stay closer to home, or going from Joker to King when they need some "real time" and are at risk of losing Clarity.
The CARDS have their own "marking" system that is unique to them, letting other CARDS know the lay of the land, warning them of any dangers, and marking safe routes. These codes are never revealed outside the group.
Card Types
Ace - The fastest of the fast when is needs to be there yesterday.
King - The Kings of the Road - Big and far or just big the long haulers.
Queen - More then just a pretty face these cards handle the money and dispatching.
Jack - The face men, the deal makers. the cards that negotiate price and contracts.
Joker- The Hedge runners, the stuff that you don't talk about in public.
What we believe - Code of the Courier
1. Never leave a job undone, even if you cannot do it yourself.
2. Secure the package. make sure it gets to who it is supposed to
3. Keep your head down and your mouth shut - never reveal your origin, destination or your package contents.
4. Never leave a fellow carrier stranded - offer safe haven when you can.
5. Never do business with the Gentry or their known minions. Better to walk away from a job than into the grasp of the Fae.
Other Considerations
Failure to complete a job is mark of shame for a CARD, and something to be avoided at all costs. Recompense must be made not only by the courier, but by the organization as well, lest they lose the confidence of their clientèle.
The only thing worse is the betrayal of a CARD or the breaking of the Code. Such an event, should it ever occur, would be met with fierce anger from the organization. If the changeling was lucky, he or she should only expect to be shunned extensively and marked as untrustworthy, due to the large amount of connections to the greater Lost community the CARDS have. At worst, they may one day disappear, never to be heard from again.
