Overview
The City of Destiny and Thousand Points Territory are two merged freeholds that are currently under ruin through a series of misfortunes. It had once been a shining example of a well-changing monarchy until in 2000 when old tensions exploded into a civil war lasting for five years. No Seasonal Crown stands, but a few of the damaged governance wish to bring it back to its former glory while others hope for change. Despite the end of the war, one tension remains and that is the dominated lands of the Thousand Points Territory. It might be time for the old freehold to suseed from the City of Destiny.
History
- 1872 the Lost of Tacoma called it the City of Destiny and normal folk borrow it unknowning of its orgins. The freehold is formed
in 1889 with the Rule of Three governance.
- Around 1940, the City of Destiny wars against The Thousand Points State and incorporates the freehold into the City of Destiny.
This bridges city of Tacoma with Kitsap, Mason, Jefferson, and Callam counties. The Dragon's Body is added to the Rule of Three as representives for the territory.
- In 1976 a Snowskin Elemental named Weisshart opens a safe-house in Tacoma, Pearl Point Coffee Company and connected to the
Innkeepers.
- Adament's Folly of the Seven Hills in 1999 begins the downfall of the City of Destiny when a large amount of changelings contribute to the
cause, including the Summer Crown of that year.
- 2002 is the year that civil war breaks out. The Summer Senator did become the Crown and instead Weisshart was crowned for the
year. Many changelings become victims for their alliegences to certain members.
- A Gentry, Madame Goss, took notice of the City of Destiny and war it was having in 2005 when the summer heat was the highest ever
in the Pacific Northwest and swept through the Trod collecting Lost while they were distracted by their own acts.
- Weisshart, the oldest member of the freehold and among its largest contributor disappears in 2006 without a trace. Morgan Bouvier
takes over the Pearl Point safe-house.

Places of Interest
- The White Elk - The B.P.O.E. building in Tacoma that has not been used in well over a decade. The Freehold uses it for formal occasions. The last gift from Weisshart.
- AKZ House - On the Union Street strip across the University of Puget Sound, it had once been an Inn before the Pearl but not many Changelings use it anymore. However for those seeking higher education find it easy to get a dorm room here.
- B&I Goblin Market Place - The World Famous Circus Store also has some goblins just outside of Tacoma that opens only at 3:02 P.M. on the 10th day of each month exactly and will always cost a quarter. Many things maybe bought but these goblins are also fans of games of chance.
- Swamp Meets - Another form of Goblin Markets, just smaller and only come out during a low tide and only are known to the Thousand Points Territory.
- Dragon Nest - Far away from anything like the cities, this hundred year old house is home to the Thousand Points' formal occasions.
