Overview
Real Name: Forgotten
Apparent Age: 26
Concept: Thunderhead
Entitlement: None yet
Location: Los Angeles
Physical Description
Mask: Even without the scars and the constant smoking, Cloud couldn't be described as particularly attractive. Mixed street clothes (including dingy baseball cap, collared shirt and dungarees), 5'10" with bad posture. Always brooding, maybe its his stupid name, or maybe its your ass face! Seems to float through life unless angered, then rains down a relentless torrent of fury. Otherwise, nothing of note: you could look at Cloud and see right through him. Most people do.
Mein: Both appearances are covered in scars, but in his true form, the wounds have not closed entirely and are more apparent. Tendrils of air, warm, humid gusts, as if from a tropical storm, can be felt leaking through the copious wounds, blurring his profile just slightly. The wounds and the air escaping sometimes blur into each other, making it difficult to tell where one starts and the other ends.
Mantle: Cloud is usually found in clammy, warm places like clubs, dive bars or seedier places where the smell of sweat and desperation (and sometimes far worse scents) cling to everything. Even when outside these environs, things always seem a little humid and clammy around him.

Background: Cloud doesn't use his words to express himself, and when he does, he embarrasses himself or others. This much has been learned - he harbors a bitter resentment for his capture. He was literally forced to be a decorative cloud in Arcadia's perfect sky. At first, he had no way to get into the place his Keepers had assigned for him, so they sent an Ogre to help him. The Ogre was very strong and threw him very far up in the air, but he couldn't stay in his place and down he fell, over and over again.
Finally, his Keepers tired of the noise and nailed him in place. This turned out to be a genius idea, because whenever they went out with their sharp, pointy umbrellas, all they had to do was point their umbrellas skyward to protect themselves from all the nasty rain falling. Sometimes, after a particularly wet storm, the Ogre would lift a chirurgeon to help keep the cloud fluffy.
According to Cloud, he was there for at least 20 years, probably more. He had been nailed to the sky for longer than he had been alive. One day, he had a vision of a different sun, killed the few birds that had been his company (but never helped), and fell on his only true companion, the Ogre. After slaughtering the Ogre with his spikes, he fled. He ran no more than fifty feet before he finding the gate that had been there the whole time.
