Physical description: A stocky man in his mid-late twenties, it's hard to tell. While he may be of an average height, he uses his bulky form as a weapon in and of itself. His hair is a dark blonde with the hint of silver at the temples. His ice a lovely shade of blue. He's considered somewhat attractive (especially for a hockey goon) and quite charismatic.
To Changelings, he's more notably marked with frost like hair and snow-white eyes. His skin betrays an icy pallor.
Cosmo can be as kind and gentle as the first seasons snow or as unrelenting and brutal as an avalanche. He truly epitomizes many aspects of his Court.

History
Background:
Kuzma Federov was born in Russia in 1980. He found a love of hockey early on and he was good at it too. Though, early on, it was clear he was more of a goon then a true finesse players. Still he could get the puck in enough to have North American scouts watching him. At the age of 18, he joined the NHL.
1998 - Signed with the Calgary Flames
2000 - Traded to the Colorado Avalanche
2002 - Traded to the San Jose Sharks
2004 - NHL Lockout - Cosmo practically disappears
2005 - NHL Resumes and Cosmo becomes a Rising Star
That first year with the Sharks was his worst year ever. He wasn't as quick as before, he didn't hit as hard, in fact he was just crap as a hockey player. He was on the verge of being not traded but released period. Then suddenly in 2003, he seemed to overnight transform into one of the best Defense players in the NHL. It was surprising and unexpected.
It was soon after that he moved to Monterey for the off season and lockout.
Fairie Time: That first year, with the Sharks, that he played so badly was when Cosmo was abducted. His Fetch played in his place. Cosmo was abducted from deep within the underground bowels of the arena the Sharks played in. He spent 7 years in Arcadia, although only a year passed in the real world. Kept by La Comtesse Adeline Glace de l'Hiver Gelé, he was forced to trade one arena for another. He earned a reputation (and a bit of glory) in the infamous gladiatorial Arenas where he was called simply Frostbite. Not only did his strength aid him, but he was well known for wielding a razor sharp hockey stick in combat. All that combat honed and edged him, not only into an Elemental, but also into a better hockey player. For several years he fought his way up in the Arenas and earned more then a few enemies. Although, he wasn't attracted to his Keeper, she used her powers over him, taking him as he lover, a powerful lover at that. When Cosmo escaped he made it back to the same arena where he was abducted from. He came face to face with his Fetch, fully geared up and ready to go ruin his hockey rep once again. It was done quickly. The years in the Arena prepared him easily. The Fetch fell and soon, was nothing but, ironically, random hockey equipment. It was Cosmos first Fetch kill, but would prove to not be the last.
Current Activities: Cosmo, as he is mostly called by his teammates and fans, resides in Monterey, California now. Cosmo is a second string hockey player of the San Jose Sharks. He's got some bulk to act as a goon for the team. He's known for his punishing style on the ice. He has no fear of being traded now. There are few defense men as good (or hard hitting) as he is. Back this side of the Hedge, he's the well known Summer King of Monterey, the only time he's regularly home. he's lost none of his brutality and is known to run in dark crowds. Furthermore, he has garnered quite a reputation as a Fetchkiller For Hire.

For once, there really aren't any character inspirations. Cosmo, at this point, is truly an original character. He's just been created for a love of hockey and a chance to play something different.
