In Roman times, the Summer was the campaigning season, the time during which soldiers went to war. Today in Dunasheen, it is no different. Once more, Border Reivers plague the land, and though today's Reavers are of a much different sort, their threat is no less dire.

Small Reaver incursions have been seen throughout Scotland over the last few months, hitting Edinburgh, Inverness, and who knows how many raids upon the Border Clans in the Marches.

Whilst Isil, the Queen of Frost and Fire, Leader of the Caereni Hobs of Tomnahurich was leading an expedition to clear their lands of this threat, the Reavers moved in force against the Market, slaying many. Only the quick action of the local Freehold saved Eight Pint Meg, the proprietress of the pub at the Market.

Facing a threat that looms larger than the Freehold, the Caereni Hobs, or the Border Clans of the Marches can withstand alone, now is the time to renew the old alliances. And so the Fae are called to gather, Hob and Lost alike, to meet at the Tomnahurich Market, to meet and plan the Summer Campaign.
