Physical description: Ecks is large having been a professional wretler he stand 7'1" and weighs close to 255 pounds. He has a hansom boyish face And dark black hair that reflects brown in the sunlight. he has a striking violate eyes that look like they might be contacts. He has a charming smile though if one looks closely he has small understated fangs.

Mein: Without his mein Ecks skin takes on a dark purplish tone while his ears lengthen and so does his fangs. His hair takes on a deeper blackness and sparkles slightly like a reflection of the nights sky and in the dark his Violate eyes glow slightly.

Character Information

Victor Eckard was born May 5th 1980. He was raised in the city of Galveston by foster parents Mark and Patricia Gall. Vic never much liked school the only thing he ever did good in was sports but even then he usually got excluded because of his grades. At the age of 17 he left his foster home and joined up with an independent wrestling league. This is where He started going by his stage name Ecks. He did this for a few years and because he showed promise the federation asked him to pull double duty taking on another stage presence that wore a mask and different costume. This is when he made the persona of Shadow Flare.

Things went well for Ecks he started earning a steady income his high school sweet heart even joined the Federation as a female wrestler and life was on the up and up for him. That all changed three days after he proposed to her. He went to her apartment to find it a ragged mess with blood splatters everywhere. He called the police who origionaly classified this as a homicide. They even treated Ecks like the prime suspect until for some reason the case was reclassified as a missing persons. Ecks was furious at the lack of anything the police force was doing. He even tried to hired private detectives but he soon drove himself broke and well over $50,000 in dept.

He went back to work doing his best to pay off the bills while still paying PI's to look for her after a year he finally gave up. He focus on his career again for a while until he saw her standing in the crowd at one of the shows. When he went to see her she ran. He chased her into a dark part of the arena he was stopped by what looked like a misshapen man. the man snarled at him. and spoke one line.

"She is one of us, now leave her alone."

he then hissed at Ecks filling him with such dread and fear he had to back away and get away from the creature his mind telling him only one thing a vampire. A few minutes after the fear subsided he ran back looking for her or the odd man but there was no sign of them. When he tried to explain what happened everyone figured he had a break from reality seeing a monster to try and cope with the strain of his finances and the loss of his love something they all knew still weighed heavily on him.

Ecks took the road less traveled in ways to find her this time consulting books, witches, psychics, and seers trying to find her. It was this that lead him to Arcadia.

His Keeper had this planned out for a while and sent a fetch out in Ecks place. The fetch went back to Ecks life got his big break and then soon after died in an accident in the ring on national TV.

from late 2001 to mid 2008 Ecks was trapped in Arcadia He thinks he didn't escape alone he is sure there were others maybe even friends, or enemies. He knows he is back with mortals and he plans on never going back.

Known History

Basic Timeline:

1980- Born

1985- Parents died in car wreck left to foster care

1997- Ran away from Foster home to pursue Career in wrestling.

1999- Proposed to Childhood sweetheart and was accused in her disappearance/murder

2000- Noticed his lost love at one of the wrestling events was stopped from catching her by a "vampire"

2001- Spent most of the year looking into the occult and legends trying to find out a way to find her until late 2001

late 2001- Was taken to Arcadia by his Keeper who sent a fetch back in his place

2003- The Fetch made it big into the world of wrestling only to die in an in-ring accident

2008- Ecks Makes his way out of the Hedge after spending 10 years under the control of his Keeper.

Current Activities: Ecks has been seen around Moe's shortly after all hell broke loose. He has beem hanging out there alot mostly seen using the bathrooms and not trying to make a pig of himself.

Durance

Ecks doesn't remember nearly anything of his time In Arcadia. He remembers feelings of failure and betrayals Of promises yet to be kept. He knows he searched but he knows he never found there what he was searching for. He knows there were friends there in Arcadia be can't remember anything about them or if they are still there.
