Minnesota
Much of Minnesota is still wild Hedge, it's briars thick and it's thorns sharp. The most notable trait of the Hedge in this area is it's unnerving silence. Frozen for much more of the year than it should be, Minnesota's Hedge is as deathly still as a midnight snowfall.

Wisconsin
Wisconsin's Hedge shares many of the traits present in Minnesota, especially in the north. The further South one travels int his state, the more inclement it's weather becomes. Rain and sleet fall is common.
- Kenosha, WI
Michigan
Michigan and Wisconsin share Hedge borders, and it's difficult to tell when one State begins and another ends. The stronghold of the region's frozen North, access to the Midwest from this direction is easiest by way of Michigan's Hedge.
- The Asylum at the Mid-Land Crossroads, Mt Pleasant, MI
- The Green Ring, Ann Arbor, MI
- The Freehold of Verdant Ashes, Detroit, MI

Illinois
The heart of the Heartland, Illinois shows the most prominent signs of contrast. Frozen in the North, balmy in the South, and some of the most well defined paths cut through the Hedge in the region.

- The White City, Chicago, IL
- The Freehold of Unturned Stones, Marion, IL
- The Shelter, Charleston, IL
Indiana
Indiana's Hedge most resembles temperate, haunted forests and overgrowth. The further East one travels, the thicker the vines weave. The Midwest's Eastern bastion is well fortified.
- Bloom Town, Bloomington, IN
- Oakhurst Gardens, Muncie, IN
Missouri
Missouri's Hedge is wet and torrid in the summer, and bars entrance to the region from the West. It's features have changed the least over the years, still resembling the vaudeville river region it once was.
- The Den, Colombia, MO
- St. Louis, MO
