Mask: Frake appears to be a middle aged man of slim build. He always dresses in a suit or business dress. Never seen without at least one 'goon', and often seen around town with an attractive woman on his arm. (ooc this character is played by a woman, but is a man)

Mien: Frake is the White Hart, he dyes his hair but if left to grow out it would be white. He sports a pair of impressive horns, which he does not seen to shed.

Known History

Basic Timeline: Not much is known about Frake, he recently appeared in the Edinburgh Free hold, apparently having been out of the Hedge for many years.

Merit Details:

Background: Frake appeared at the end of the Winter Courts rule, apparently not knowing anything about the courts nore the Lost. He sought out the Courts since he felt that he needed protection from them. He is quite close to Sid the Slater, who he appears to have known for along time.
