Overview
Alias(es):Hanna, Lisa, Madeline
Real Name:Hannelore von Hakon
Age:25
Concept: Existentalist
Entitlement: College of Worms (pending)
Mask: Tall extremely pale white skin, with dark deep endless eyes behind a small set of glasses, that is really more of an accent than anything. Her black hair is usually pulled back, but so full that it hints at her mien anyway. Her long fingers are easly perched on books or a computer.
Mien: She appears as if standing in deep shadow that no definate details can be made out. Few of the things that can be seen is the deep extremely dark eyes that are almost endless in their depths. Her hair is dark coal black, and flows freely in the manner of a harem girl, with the tight dress that clings to her in the same manner. There is a small set of horns that stick up from her hair, and her skin is a dark dusty gray.
Mantle: Wind whipped snow storm with flakes heavy around her, the fury of winter in a small storm around her. (Negative 3 to spot the character.)
Keeper: Penemue

Merit Details:
Background: Why Winter: All people have in them the idea of hope any culture that exists inspires hope, and in the fervor of post WWI Germany, there was a spirit of hope that was inspired in all people that they would have a better place in the world after the Socialists won. Hannalore never seen the post WWII fall out as she left the real world as soon as the allied forces started to take over Germany. While she was on the other side of the Hedge, she was the favorite of a dark brooding son of her keepers, she was given a small hope in a world where her eccentric keepers kept their harem in perfect happiness. All the knowledge she could think that she wanted, happiness to keep her from running – and then it all torn away in a whirlwind and dragged back into the world having to fight on her own. If all life is an accumulation of the totality of life – what was her life going to equal here in this world, but what could she have worked towards and succeeded in all of those years back then, what is the end result? She had the hope of what could be and what her work might be – but now have that hope eternally crushed in never being able to return to see and have the full aspects of such realized. The faint whispers of a life that was utter pleasure and happiness and things that could never be recreated here holding her back from ever having such fulfilled in the here and now.

Quotes
- “If you cannot bear the silence and the darkness, do not go there; if you dislike black night and yawning chasms, never make them your profession. If you fear the sound of water hurrying through crevices toward unknown and mysterious destinations, do not consider it. Seek out the sunshine. It is a simple prescription. Avoid the darkness. It is a simple prescription, but you will not follow it. You will turn immediately to the darkness. You will be drawn to it by cords of fear and longing. You will imagine that you are tired of sunlight; the waters that unnerve you will tug in the ancient recesses of your mind; the midnight will seem restful - you will end by going down."
- -- Loren Eiseley (The Night Country)
- "What is done out of love always takes place beyond good and evil."
- "What is good? All that heightens the feeling of power in man, the will to power, power itself. What is bad? All that is born of weakness. What is happiness? The feeling that power is growing, that resistance is overcome."
- "The surest way to corrupt a youth is to instruct him to hold in higher esteem those who think alike than those who think differently."
- "Morality is herd instinct in the individual."
- -- Friedrich Nietzsche
- Remember, remember the 5th of November. The gunpowder, treason, and plot. I know of no reason why the gunpowder treason should ever be forgot.
- Remember, remember, the Fifth of November, the Gunpowder Treason and Plot. I know of no reason why the Gunpowder Treason should ever be forgot... But what of the man? I know his name was Guy Fawkes and I know, in 1605, he attempted to blow up the Houses of Parliament. But who was he really? What was he like? We are told to remember the idea, not the man, because a man can fail. He can be caught, he can be killed and forgotten, but 400 years later, an idea can still change the world. I've witnessed first hand the power of ideas, I've seen people kill in the name of them, and die defending them... but you cannot kiss an idea, cannot touch it, or hold it... ideas do not bleed, they do not feel pain, they do not love... And it is not an idea that I miss, it is a man... A man that made me remember the Fifth of November. A man that I will never forget.
