Keeley was stolen from an insane assylum with her partner in crime by their Keeper. Newly aquainted with the medium of Comics, their Keeper becomes an instant fan. Deciding to kidnap his own 'action figures' to portray his favorite Batman characters for his amusement, He searches the assylums for the perfect Harley Quinn and Joker. Majorly Schizophrenic and prone to Vocalization anyway, he takes Keeley from the assylum thats been her home since she was a child. Encouraging her Delusions until they took root. She is now compleately loyal to Mr J, and quite ready to follow him into any mayhem he may want to start.
