Physical description: Leroy is often in disguise as other people in the Hedge. For those who have met him in person he has been a thin slightly smaller than average Ogre. He has been shaped and changed by the Hedge much like any other Hobgoblin. Small tufts of hair growing from his elbows and knees. A wolf like goatee stretched from his chin.
Relevant Mechanics: Leroy does have a Changeling Mein about him in the Hedge, like all other Changelings. It is often the only way to discern him from a Noppera-Bo.

Background: Leroy is a Changeling who got himself connected with the Goblin Market and never looked back. He eventually found himself so entrapped in the Hedge he dare not step out again. Since that time he has worked heavily on collecting trinkets, tokens, and goblin fruit.
Leroy has also been known to a few Changelings who were lost in the Hedge for helping them find their way out. Whether they were just escaping their Keeper for the first time, hunting for Goblin Fruit, or simply stepped into the wrong mysterious passage Leroy has gained a quiet reputation for saving the Lost from truly losing their way.
