High Guild of the Pochteca

In Aztec society, the Pochteca were a special guild of Merchants specializing in long-distance trade. Due to their exposure to other societies and cultures, they evolved into a unique combination of Merchant, Spy, and Diplomat for the Empire. Pochteca Guildmembers among the Lost specialize in a different kind of trade; that which is conducted within the strange Goblin Markets. Their mission is two-fold. First, to act as brokers and facilitators for other Lost and the Goblin Markets to ensure that unexperienced Changelings aren't suckered into a bad deal by the Markets' masters. Second, they study the Market gossip in the hopes that it will provide warnings of True Fae incursions into the real world and valuable intelligence of the goings-on in Arcadia. Owing to the traditions of the original Pochteca, members of the High Guild refrain from displaying their wealth openly. Some of the most senior Guildmasters often look very blue-collar or even homeless.

I'm looking for people interested in being part of this group for the purpose of interactions with the Goblin Markets. Eventually, I would like to form an Entitlement behind this concept, with maybe a bonus to dealings with Goblin Merchants or the ability to gather Intelligence on the True Fae, Arcadia, or fellow Changelings while "working" a Market.
