House of Cards: Orlando's Freehold
From 1950, there has been little to no Changeling activity in the Orlando area. The reasons for this are shrouded in mystery; whispers arose of a shadowy figure, rumored to be a True Fae, known only as the Cowboy. Amid prophecies of doom and destruction, Changelings left the area. Glamour faded, entrances to and from the Hedge closed, and Orlando was left empty and desolate... as the Cowboy wished.
At midnight on January 1, 2000, everything changed. As inexplicably as it had left, Glamour flooded back into the city, once again attracting the attention of Changelings as the Courts' old places of power reach out through their seasonal ties across Florida. Many have returned, and, despite the shadow of prophecies yet to be fulfilled and mysteries yet to be solved, have begun to rebuild.
Freehold Structure
The King or Queen of each season is chosen by the Wyrd as the year turns; the council of Aces that advises them remains the same. As each Court is tied to a suit of cards, they each have their Ace, to speak for them, and their Knave aka Jacks, to assist in keeping peace within the freehold. As for those who claim no Court, the Wild Card speaks for them. There is also the Joker - an unknown quantity, one whose identity and even function is unknown save to the Council of Aces.

Step 1: Go to http://www.tektek.org/dream/
Step 2: Follow the instructions and create your own Chibi
Step 3: Right click on the saved image of your Chibi and select "Save Picture As". Save your Chibi using the following format "Chibi <insert character name>"
Step 4: Click on Upload File on the left hand column of this page. Upload and save file as Chibi <our pc name>
Step 5: Go to your Court below press Edit.
Step 6: Type [[Image:Chibi_{your pc name}.png]]
Step 7: Save the page.
