Real Name: Jasna Milic

Physical description: Mask--A tall and lean twenty-something, with coppery curls, a clever, androgynous face, and dark, brittle eyes. Tends to favour slightly bohemian styles in dark colours. She is never seen without her violin or her walking stick.
Mein--Not unlike her Mask, but a bit taller, a bit leaner, her face almost stylized, her eyes pure black with no differentiation between iris and pupil. Her hair glimmers with the light of embers, and her pale skin is traced with even paler curling designs that catch and reflect the light: scars traced by her sadistic Keeper, who had an artistic bent.
Character Information
Known History
Background: See "Dame Fortune's Flight" Part 1 Part 2 and Conclusion
Current Activities: Fleeing pursuit from her Keeper, whose obsession with her caused his banishment from Arcadia, Jasna has come to the United States. She hopes to find a place where she can be safe and perhaps connect with other Lost. As a fairly recent escapee from the hellish paradise of the Red Queen's court, she only truly feels at peace when she is lost in her music, which is her life and livelihood. Though she was only gone for three years by Mortal reconning, she spent 15 in Arcadia by her own. In a way, the world she's returned to seems almost as strange to her as what she can remember of the one she fled.
Merit Details: New Identity (2)--American papers provided by a representative of the Satrapy of Pearls before fleeing Montreal.
Bug Cudgel--A cane with a tarnished silver knob on top, found in the Hedge during her escape.

Rumors
Jasna comes across as cold and stoic to the average oberver, but this is a front developed over her years of captivity, where displays of emotion often drew... unwanted attention. This defense mechanism is so ingrained that she has little power over it, even with herself. She only truly feels in touch with her emotions when she plays. One must earn her trust to know the real her--not that she's entirely sure who that is, anymore...
