Mask: Jimmy is no longer the starving near skeleton he was when he crawled out of the ocean, indeed he has filled in quite a bit and is round on most of his edges, yet there is still something about him that seem lean and desperate.
Mein: Jimmy is a mess of random bits dredged from the sea floor. He has seaweed growing in random places in his hair. Barnacles grow up the sides of his face. His fingers and toes are webbed, there are octopus like suckers growing on the backs of his legs and a colony of coral appears to have taken up residence on his left hip. Jimmy spends most of his time in public with as much of his body covered as possible.

Basic Timeline:
Jimmy crawled out of the ocean in the summer of 2003. He has been a resident of The Mild Garden ever since.
Current Activities:
Jimmy works for Tanis in The Mild Garden
Background: Once Jimmy was a pleasant kid from a good home. He was happiest when his parents took him on vacation to the ocean. It was during one of these vacations that his Keeper found him while he was out swimming, and she lured the poor boy out even further to waters from which he was never meant to return.
Jimmy has spent most of his time since his return dealing with his new life. He spent enough time in Arcadia to grow into an adult, but in our world only a year has past. His parents think he drowned to death, and even if they didn't he hardly resembles the 12 year old boy that they lost. Not knowing how to help himself anymore, he stays at Tanis' shelter and helps others instead.

Rumors
Jimmy doesn't have a bedroom. He uses a hall closet and sleeps in the tub. He fills it with water first. Jimmy loves sushi, but sometimes that isn't enough for him. Like Gollum said in the movie, he prefers them live, raw, and wriggling.
