Physical description:
Kara is the twin sister to Hazel Williams. The sisters are non-identical twins, showing some family resemblance, but in most cases wouldn’t be held for twins by those that don’t know them. Once thing is certain, it’s hard to say which one of the sisters is the most eccentric.
In her mortal form Kara has long blonde hair streaked with black accents of various lengths that seem to be extensions. She has fair but pale skin, and dark shadows around her eyes. She’s not unattractive, but has the palour of someone that prefers living at night to the usual daytime routine of most humans. She dresses in a comfortable yet eccentric mix of modern clothing and Victorian and Edwardian fashions. She practically always wears greys accented with browns and shades of orange or Halloween printed clothes.
In her fae mien Kara is almost painfully thin, with unevenly cut long blonde hair with black streaks of various lengths. Her skin is almost white, and she has orange shadows around her eyes. Her lips are a strange kind of reddish purple. She dresses much as she dresses in her mortal appearance.
She's nearly always seen accompanied by a black cat. To mortals it seems to be a normal cat, but the Lost know Mr Mistopheles to be a hedgebeast who she bonded with on a trip into the brambles harvesting hedge fruit. The feline-aid-de-champ is mostly known for his rapier wit and reading through all kinds of books and magazines.

As the living epithomy of Autumn, dry leaves constantly fall down around her, and people surrounding her suffer from eery shivers that have nothing to do with cold. She seems to travel with her own personal soundtrack, and the rustling of dried leaves on the wind. Plants have been known to wither or become covered with frost at her mere touch.

Basic Timeline:
Current Activities: Kara currently lives in Leuven, Belgium where she, to the outside world, studies Antropology at the Catholic University of Leuven. At least as far as the mortal world is concerned. To the Changeling community and the Autumn Court especially, she is known as the girl to go to if you want something solved, found, or a particular lore to be known.
Merit Details: Kara is a Barfly, because let's face it, where to find better info than in bars and private parties.
Background: Kara was taken by their Keeper together with her sister Hazel when they were children investigating a haunted house. They served their time as his investigators and librarians, and managed to escape together (and with the help of) another captive of their Keeper, his spy. They came back through the Hedge on one faithful Halloween. The sisters are British by origin, and when staying in the UK, they stay in their infamous Cottage in the Woods, called the Telltale Heart.

- The twins have alliances with vampires, which is why they have so much influence over the night.
- The twins share their woods with a pack of werewolves. Their cottage is actually an Uratha safe-house as well as their home.
- They have an occult library that would make the librarians of the Vatican green with envy, in fact, most of their tomes originate from that.
- Hazel has broken into the secret passages underneath St-Pauls Cathedral and stolen many of their secret manuscripts

Mr Mistopheles
Mr Mistopheles, or Mister Mist (or simply Mist) for short is a hedgecat. Or better hedgekitten. Kara and him found each other in the hedge one day whilst he attempted to steal a book from her bag. The two bonded immediately and Mr Mist went home with her. He loves skulking around the Institute of Fear and Magic and the Telltale Heart and reading in the many tomes housed there, just like Kara.
He's a cheerfull sort, always out to help. Although help according to Mr Mist might not seem it to the Lost.
