A Land of Snow and Ice
His lands are that of a perpetual winter, all ice and snow and cold. A land where spring did not ever come, where the seasons did not turn but were stagnated. The Prince generally dwells in a palace made of ice, surrounded by winter gardens, with woods and a huge lake fairly nearby to the estate. Aside from the grand house, which bears some resemblance to Russian architecture (amongst others) in its design, there is also another structure made of ice designed for his 'servants'.
The Lord seems to have a passion for collecting people and them turning them into animals for amusement. This varies from using people as hawks and hounds to chase down prey (often other people who he has captured) to servants he has made into animals he feels are useful, as well as (mostly) women who he takes as pets to be seduced. The latter category are usually turned into creatures that are more subservient or loyal in nature, so that once he has seduced them he owns them entirely. Usually he gets bored of his lovers not long after they submit to him and then they join the ranks of the rest of the servants, or sometimes they are perpetually bound into an animal form and forgotten about.

Appearance: The Lord himself usually appears as a tall figure, inhumanly beautiful and often wrapped in winter furs (probably best not to ask where they came from). His blue eyes are cold as the ice he surrounds himself with while his hair is the colour of the snow. While he can be kind, especially when he is trying to acquire himself a new lover, his mood turns icy and cruel easily, usually triggered when something does not go the way he wishes it to.
Powers: Mostly he is known for his powers over animals and over ice and snow. Few changelings pass into his realm without being turned into a creature of some sort for his amusement. He appears to be able to change them back again to human whenever he wishes, and even seems to occasionally set catches on his spells so they do this automatically. When angered he has been known to cause ice, snow and other embodiments of cold to manifest.
Servitors: He mostly seems to create Beasts, though elementals of ice are not uncommon. He tends towards creatures from colder lands, especially ones that he can exert some control over through their own natures. He certainly does (or has had) a number of Changelings devoted to him, usually because he has changed them into a form that assists with this. One of them was a woman who was changed into a wolf, she hunts down any who try and escape his estates and is often successful in doing so. He also has a nightingale in a cage that sings for him, this used to be a woman who was one of his lovers, but he seems to have forgotten she ever had another form (and likely so has she) and now she sings for him whenever he wishes.
Quirks: He seems to be bound by odd sets of rules. When he is seducing someone, he can only take what someone willing gives him, though of course he cheats like hell in doing so. Also when he hunts, if someone fairly escapes his lands then he must let them go, again he tends to cheat to try and ensure that they do not do so.
