Physical description: Luke is exactly what you'd expect an early-90's Club Kid to look like, were he to modernize himself. Neon is a popular theme within his wardrobe, as is anything reactive to black light. Luke is a scrawny, pale kid with short blond hair done up in spikes and bleached tips. One eye is blue, the other is green. The term "candy raver" comes to mind when Luke enters the room, but the observant eye will note a fair bit more lucidity to his actions than is typical of his subculture. His mien is a rainbow hued strobe light of color and light.
