The Queen Herself
Magatha the Goblin Queen, utterly twisted yet terrifyingly beautiful, Magatha 'employed' near a legion of Wizened crafters to make for her the glorious creations of Faerie. Her works turned children to glass and men to stone, girls to precious gems and boys to works in living wood. She was a primary creator of the Wizened (Smith and Artiste) and Elemental (Nearly all, especially Manikin) Seemings, and was known to throw grand parties in which the Others were invited to mock or purchase her creations at their whim. Her palace of mirrors was a cold and impersonal place, and she never showed her creations an ounce of mercy, pity, or compassion. She was often heard, standing beside her guests, to lament the poor quality of her materials and complaining about the shoddy effects she was given to work with, further demeaning and stripping of identity those under her 'care'.
Magatha's most rumored method, is to simply wait for them to be alone, driving, walking, traveling in some fashion. She would rip them near Instantly from their location into the deep hedge right next to her Domain. She would give them just enough time to realize they were nowhere near anything safe, let alone anywhere familiar. She left them as yet, unharmed, for their choice was made easier. Then she would propose her bargain, (always the bargainer, it was thus that she is most known as the Goblin queen) "I would Like to offer an opportunity of a job, if you would but just accept, you could make the most wondrous of creations, "enter type of craft/expression here" to you wildest imagination. You would be in the realm of peers, other talents of your own level, rather than the has beens, or those who are not even near your league. You of course know exactly what I mean when I say this. You will never want for tools, as you will be provided with any tool you can think of. This opportunity will never come again. I employ only the best. The best of every trade, and I wish to employ you. What is your answer? Will you accept?"
The reasons for the above mentioned are varied. One, however which stands out is this: the tools She 'employed' had to have very strict qualities. The had to be at the top talent of their particular skill. They also had to still be young enough that she would get their best works out of them for a long enough to make the collection worthwhile. With these restrictions nearly all of those that she took were prodigies of their Gift. Still as teenagers, who had the best imaginations, and were also the easiest to manipulate into service. For if they refused the job 'opportunity', she would find herself unable to further recruit them or take them fully into her domain. It is said that she trusted no one enough to make the collections for the annoyance of their exceptions into contract going awry. Thus She often went herself to talk her potentials into her employ.
Magatha is known by a hundred names, each an epithet and title. She commanded respect in Faerie not because of her personal power or her political might, but because her art was in such demand. Such beauty can only be made at the hands of the most gifted of the Gentry. She was fond of crafting Manikins whose hearts could be removed, and whose memories were beaten out of them so thoroughly that the lucky few who escape her grasp are forever diminished by the experiences.
It is said that those who do not escape before their usefulness is done, are used in as Lab rats for the amusement of any other Fae that are willing to pay to see the show. Often placed in a mock world of some kind, just to watch the actions. Sometimes Fae would disguise themselves as parts of that world to get a closer look - like a play. When this amusement has worn itself out, it is said that they use anything that Magatha will find some other use for the now broken tool... then sell that it as whatever it becomes. What these uses are is anyone's guess and likely vary as widely as the Fae that purchases them.

Ryhoz_Whately - Oddly, a Mirrorskin, why this is so, you'd have to ask him or one who knows him. He is a sculptor whose art has almost legendary emotion to it. It is rumored that he is one of the tools she employed to actually shape changelings themselves from the materials they were brought to him as. Though no one seems to know where he comes from, except, "up north", he can easily be found in Hampton Roads, Virginia. He can also often be seen at The Bad Penny.
Teleri - A Wizened Artist whose prime skill is painting. She is willing to do many crafts - but, for reason unknown, refuses to paint. She can be found at the same shop as Ryhoz.
