Name: The Marquis de Chiluac
Came into Power: Not Certain, long time ago.
Realm Ruled: The Island like State of Chiluac
History: No one is certain when the Marquis took over the land of Chiluac. Before him it was ruled by a woman known as Countess of Chiluac, the woman was a kind ruler, but that was her downfall as her youngest of offspring the Marquis killed her and his brothers therefore taking over the land. The land is a paradise of sorts for the gentry, as they come like in earthly vacation spots like aruba to have fun and get away. Though they leave always owing the Marquis a fasvor of some kind, and for that reason of the keeping of many favors is he considered a power within the realm of arcadia. He is very evil and harsh in how he treats his slaves except in the case of his prize fighters who end up having almost gentry like privileges around the realm.
Chiluac
The Island Kingdom of Chiluac
Warm, Sunny and Tropical the Island of Chiluac is known as a vacation spot for the gentry. With one central town and hot beaches with clear blue water, its one of the biggest vacation attractions. Theres a fighting arena in the central of the main city where fighters can come from all over Arcadia and battle for titles and winnings. Of course the gentry bet on their pets to win and the fights resemble much what dog fighting or chicken fighting is today.
Those who've Escaped
- Santino DiLeone, Levinquick, Wizened : Escaped in 2000, the Marquis allowed him to explore Arcadia, but one time missing his family and mother so much he leaves and never returns pushing through the hedge and ending back on earth.
