Known History

Basic Timeline:

• 4/26/67: Born Ken Hunter in Sacramento, CA
• Summer 1985: Graduates high school and is taken by Lord Sumorsǣte along with his girlfriend
• Summer 1990: Escapes through the Hedge, arriving in Seattle, WA. Takes the new name Martin Hunter
• Summer 1991: Joins Summer Court
• Summer 1995: Swears Knight's Pledge to King Adamant
• Fall 1999: Adamant states his intent to lead an attack against Gentry in the Hedge. Martin questions this, first privately, eventually publically, and Adamant declares his Pledge broken. Martin swears never to wield a weapon again and storms out.
• Fall 1999: Adamant's Folly. Adamant and most of his followers are killed or taken in the Hedge. Martin is overcome with grief, leaves the Summer Court and absents himself from the Freehold.
• Winter 1999: Martin attempts suicide
• Spring 2001: Comes out of depression, joins Spring Court
• 2001-2005: Having abandoned martial pursuits, turns to the mortal world. Amasses significant wealth and influence. Adopts the mortal identity of Martin Graham
• Summer 2005: The penalty for his broken Pledge ends
• Winter 2005: Joins the Satrapy of Pearls. Adopts the name Martin Pearl
• 2006-Present: Buys and sells hearts' desires, along with more prosaic ones
