Mask description: Max is seen by mortals as a tall, handsome man in his late twenties, with bright blue eyes. His hair is cut close, and his body is that of an athlete. Appearing quite similar to his true form, he simply looks like the real-life inspiration for the marble statue.
Mein description: Max appears as a tall marble statue of an idealized human male. Seams of quartz fissure throughout his frame. His hair (also marble) is close shorn to his scalp. He is occasionally seen with two short horns of crystal protruding from his forehead, several inches above his eyes. The only part of him that seems in contrast with the marble statue appearence is his bright blue eyes, which are the same in both his mask and mein.
Max's flesh is very dense and warm, feeling just like marble heated by the noonday sun.

Known History
Current Activities: Max has been a detective on the Washtenaw County PD for about 3 years now. Before that he was a beat-cop in Washington DC. There is a 5 year gap between his time in DC and his joining of the Ann Arbor PD, in which he was listed as in a persistant vegetative state.
Background: Max is a detective for the Washtenaw County Police Department. He is fairly well known for his bravery in the line of duty, his dogged pursuit of suspects, and general ability to bounce back from on-the-job injuries.
He continues his role as a protector in changling society. He is more than willing to put himself on the line to help out law-abiding changlings, or those who are still disoriented by their escape through The Hedge.
He often refers to his Fairy captor as "The Bitch". Max's sculpted physique strongly suggests that "The Bitch" used him for... recreational purposes.

Note I am currently looking for another Ann Arbor Changeling to be linked with my character as his police partner. Please note that Max is a very civic minded individual, so he would not tolerate any crooked or outright destructive individuals as his partner. They do not need to be best of friends, or even of the same court, but it would make the most sense for two changlings on the force to partner up so as to use their abilities to the best.
