Small jumpy little thing, looks like you might break him if you yelled at him. Of course, he can't be that fragile if he managed to escape Arcadia, but he's plainly got no clue what to do since he's come back. No surprise the Winter court took him.

History

"You have to understand, I was always a geek. I had never been in a relationship before, it all went so fast, and all the sudden I was seventeen and a father. I loved Danielle, I really did.. not just... But every teenager who finds himself a father is going to have doubts. I didn't mean it, but I said it... whispered, really. That I wished a better man to take my place. And He made one. And he did.

I don't remember much of Arcadia. The first few months more than most. He wanted... things. Some were only maddeningly arcane, others times he wanted... worse of us. I loved Danielle. How could I go along with that. I resisted him, and in punishment he tore something out of me. And I started getting.... cold, I neede...

I remember that. Paying for my willfulness. I don't know how long I was gone.. it felt like ages, but surely not much longer than a year. Then that night of chaos, when we all escaped. When I got out, it had been six years. My baby girl was almost eight. Even after I found them, what could I do? I couldn't even touch my daughter. He was right. He was a better father, a better husband, than I could ever be. He agreed that I could visit, in his dreams. He would allow that. So I left them.

So I went back to Maleperduys, back to Valentine. We had almost a year together. He was.. as close as could be expected, given the demands on his time and my... problem. And when we were together it was amazing. I explored my affinity with glass there. Sculpture, rooms, entire towers. I was working with the Artisan's guild then. Almost a year, living in that hollow and Sydney, before things fell apart."
