Nic attempted valiantly to dissuade the Summer Court from their attack on Bloody Bones, but his words fell on the ears of the mad and the stupid so he locked them into the battle ground and waited to see if any returned. With those that did return he attempted to ensure something useful came out of the massacre; that they learned from their folly. Sadly only Billy Bob demonstrated any such developmental ability.
Nic engineered the removal, re-enstatement and the again removal of D'Artagnon as King of Summer Court prior to the Autumn King assuming power.
Nic does not want to be King, but due to consensus amongst the Summer Court he is.
