Concept: The Middle-man - a foul tempered man who, through means of his own, helps those who can afford it.
Description:
Nick's age appears to be in the late thirties to early forties range - he seldom speaks on the matter. His eyes, though abnormally bulging on a constant basis, often project an air of disillusioned angst that makes him seem aged even moreso. He is thin to an almost inhuman point, with long spindly fingers that reach out beyond his typically dark and valuminous clothing. His movements, however, show him to be quick and limber. His face is suprisingly human, given how long he alludes to having been in the Faerie, with only enlarged eyes and a scrawny appearence to show for it. His hands, however, show far more signs of harm: His fingers, especially around the joints, show signs of repeated breaks and poorly tended wounds, evidence of the many times that his fingers were broken and lengthened in his durance.
At most times, Ugati displays a habit of staying out of the center of attention - from his diminutive stature to his bland visage to his constantly low and nasal voice.
History
Pre-Arcadia: He was a quiet, plain child of eleven when taken. The year was 1943, and a certain film came to the theatres of his hometown. He fell in a sort of a boyish love with the film, and every part of it. Each of its characters and every element of its plots, over the twelve viewings that he went to, became to his young mind the very epitome of life in desperate times, of struggle against evil oppressors, of not-quite-good men forming beautiful friendships, and of love in a crazy world. Even the songs that laced the film became the soundtrack of the world to him, which he strove to learn to play at nights.
It was perhaps that young, pure, adoration that first attracted his Keeper.
