Physical description:

Mask: To the mortal eye, Night Silk appears as a strong woman in her late 30s. Straight Black hair dark enough to have a purple sheen in the light frames her face. Her teeth seem slightly elongated to represent the hint of fangs. She wears black from head to toe, preferring lacy fabrics and netting materials with web-designs. She always has a spider design somewhere on her person, but most commonly on the neck-piece she tends to favor.

Mein: Similar to that of her mask, Night Silk's mein flows further to her Spider-like qualities. Delicate webs flow around her, acting as an over skirt and cloak of little covering. Black web markings cover parts of her face and along her arms, where her fingers end in fine pointed claws. Purple streaks permeate her hair.

Known History

Night Silk died to the blade of an Ax in Cleveland, OH.

Basic Timeline:

Born in 1968.
Stolen away into Faerie at age 10 (1978) by the Prince of Talons.
Escaped in 2000 to find her way to Dallas/Fort Worth.
Started up a women's shelter for victims of domestic violence. Also used to help Changeling newly escaped from Arcadia.

Current Activities:

Runs New Beginnings, a women's shelter for victims of domestic violence. Also a recognized safety location for Changeling newly escaped from Arcadia.
Editor and Publisher of The Silken Web, a newsletter and classified ads of Changeling services, wares and locations distributed among safe houses.

Merit Details:

Background: As the oldest of 5, she had always been helping out with her brothers and sisters, acting as a second hand for her mother. She was babysitting them one day, taking them out to the park near their house. In a lively game of hide-and-go-seek, they wandered deep into the woods at the back of the park, deeper than normal.
