Once Upon A Time (Background)

Concept:

I started musing about him as a squire to a fae huntsman, who went after runners trying to escape back through the Hedge. After reading how the PCs were 'kept as slaves or pets', I re-thought it some and postulated "What if he were the hound instead of the dog handler?" And so the basic concept of my OWoD character morphed into "What if a Ranger/Warder/Hunter type was used by the Others to track down, capture and kill those trying to escape their Gentry?" Equally, it posed the eventual question of "What happens when the Hunter becomes the Hunted?"

Instead of using his skills and training as he once did for his masters' satisfaction, he employs these means to aid those he would have former hunted. He makes no apologies for what he did in Arcadia. All of them did what had to be done to survive another day ... or to make each day a bit less harsh.
