Pearl Point Coffee Company
The Pearl is one of many coffee house shops dotting across the state but this one is open 24 hours, seven days a week. Independantly run since 1976 and remains free from corperate control from the larger coffee companies. It offers a good cup of joe, a place to socialize, and wireless internet.
At least that is what everyone knows about it.
The truth is that the Pearl Point is an esablished Inn for Changelings who need a place to stay if they are fresh out of the Hedge or just passing
through. It supports the new Lost with job skills, a place to rest, and gathers information for the Freehold. It pays close attention to any news
of strange events, especially if it may involve the True Fae. The business remains absolutely mundane but the floors above are studio units and
a common room that is only open for other changelings. Rent, or rates are always welcomed but other means of payment can be made. The
Pearl is there to help but every changeling that comes must pay back in some fashion and as long as it supports the Pearl.

Lost and Found

The Inn of the Pearl has been around for much longer but under different names and locations. The current Inn, Pearl Point, was created by a Summer courtier named Weisshart. It has always been a Summer Court recruiting base but never has shunned any court, nor courtless. In the 1980s it became a popular hangout for Autumn courtiers. In the recent years, after the misfortunes that had ravaged the Freehold, the Pearl remains but ownership has passed over to Morgan after Weisshart disappeared.
Despite being located in the city, the Pearl has had enough Lost around that it has become a comfort zone for many. There are rules of Hospitality in place so that any changeling may find some relativity of safety within the Pearl Point.
Pearl Point is an excellent place for changelings to network, gather information and even gain emotional-based glamour. It is not uncommon for some changelings to live in the studios above either.
Plot Suggestions
-Newbie sighted! Going off to investigate to be sure the new guy is not a spy and help him adjust to the world around him.
-They're back. Weird stuff is going on and it might be a Gentry looking for a new plaything, time to investigate and stop the attempt!
-Look who's fetch dinner. Investigations about it must be made and the person who was stolen.
-Party time! One of the staff is fed up and starts something to lift the spirits of everyone.

Any Lost that calls the Pearl home can be a staff member. The Pearl is a popular hangout for people of any range imaginable of people the True Fae never notice.
History
1901 - The Inn is known as the Grove, a small house on the outskirts of the town. Burned down in 1920.
1921 - The Inn appears in Opera Alley as a speakeasy and then a pub after Prohibition. Closed in 1948.
1953 - AKZ House of the UPS became the Inn before the Pearl and still remains a safe place but no changeling has been in control since 1975.
1976 - The Pearl Point Coffee Company is made by Weisshart and has been the longest running Inn. In 2006 ownership was taken on by Morgan after Weisshart vanished.
