Common Knowledge

Homeless as far back as she can remember, Piper ran away from an abusive orphanage when she was twelve, only to be picked up by Garren and taken to his shelter. She's lived there ever since until her seventeenth birthday, she disappeared.

Piper wasn't taken however. While wandering around in South Rome near the ghetto and Myrtle Hill cemetery she saw something odd, and curiosity getting the better of her, she stumbld through the Hedge.

She talks. A LOT. Incessantly even. Her hair is blue, the color of the Spring sky, her eyes are bluish green like the sky over the sea. She has no fashion sense, or more accurately, no restraint. if she sees something she likes she puts it on, whether it matches or clashes, or there's already too much to begin with.

She's also very easily distracted and has a tendency to disappear, probably following a shiny.
