6'3", 200lbs, light brown skin mottled with darker stripes up and down his arms and face reminiscent of redwood bark. Stiff brown hair with redwood needles laced throughout. Usually dressed in reasonably upscale clubbing clothes. Usually smiling in a 'I'm probably laughing at you inside' manner.
To the mundane eye, he looks very Native American, thanks to his new skin tone. It'd take a trained eye to pick what little his Keeper left of his Jewish heritage out of his redesigned body.

Background:
Greve Snyder was born with Riley-Day syndrome - born unable to feel pain or cry, along with a number of other inconvenient symptoms like an inability to regulate body heat. He grew up to be a pretty mediocre inspirational speaker, telling folks with incurable diseases how to live with themselves and how to adapt.
In Faerie:
Or that's what he might have become, if he hadn't been seduced into Faerie by the promise of a cure. His Keeper is an artist and a contrarian, and sculpted the introverted child into something outgoing and bon vivant, and taught him that pain is a friend to be held dear to one's heart.
She kept him as a pet until she grew bored, and then set him on a shelf away from her attentions, whereupon he wandered away from Faerie, towards home, where he might be interesting to someone again.
Home again:
When he returned, a dozen years had passed, and his family had moved, and someone that looked almost completely unlike him was living his life in a way he found distasteful, boring, and banal.
For a brief while, he explored madness - spoke with gurus and hippies, yogis and new-agers in an attempt to make sense of what he'd experienced. Eventually, he decided that the other Changelings really were the closest thing he had to family, and that enjoying his time back here was the right idea.
Since then, he's settled into Monterey's downtown and become a fixture in the club scene, fulfilling desires for cash.
