How do I reach her?: Ruby doesn’t talk to everyone who walks through her door about her sideline business. If she hasn’t personally assured that the newcomer is Lost, she will require someone to vouch for the Lost seeking her services. She can be reached through Armitage Antiques, if you know the name to ask for or the number to dial to get into her back room.
Mortal Society: Armitage Antiques is the front for Ruby’s identity business. Her office is tucked in the back of the store, behind the phonographs and the oscilloscope, and she’s as often in the shop as not. She’s a known pilot with an interest in planes and high flying, and she’s often seen at airshows, usually taking children up for rides.
Changeling Society: If you need an ID, Ruby is the girl to go to. She has connections across the country for resume building experience, financial training, and the generation of the actual IDs. She has worked with many Changelings throughout her years, and has stepped out of the forefront to work behind the scenes. She is proud of her integration back into mortal society, and isn’t often seen at Lost events—only if it’s an utterly critical event will she show her face.
