From Changeling Venue

All changelings of the Spring Court have chosen to pursue their desires, but the members of the Satrapy of Pearls take that pursuit to an extreme. All happiness, all joy, all desire is for sale - even the Satrap's own. The only thing that is in question is, what is the price? Not just the prosaic things like sex and love; a locket with a picture of a dead spouse, a baby's first tears, even feelings and memories can be had if the right price can be agreed on - and paid.
