For those who pass by
Schola of the Luminarium Sempiterna is situated in in Utah outside of Wellington. The red cliffs and blue skys and rolling june grass was originally a large cattle ranch. However, in 1908 a Mormon man named Albrec Von Hassenburg built an expansive estate and a even more expansive and beautiful Victorian mansion . There are two structures included, the main house and a large barn.
In 2002 the Von Hassenburg family put the home on the market and DrJames Hannay PhD bought it and decided to create a school for history and ancient research. with the help of his then teacher Clara renovated the mansion for members of the College of Worms in the Freehold of The Hidden Castles. Eventually James took over the administrative duties after he finnished studies with his mentor shortly after his induction in 2006. Since then James has welcomed all of those associate with the College who wish to come and learn.
For those who study
As James Hannay with the help of his mentor Clara began to plan and organize the spaces inside of the house he decided that many learn in different ways. Because of this he created many space that culminated a form so beautiful that study was wanted even a muse was not needed.
Common Spaces

Study Rooms
Exotic studies require exotic study spaces. From the strange to the mundane, the College seeks to host any member who wishes to study in it's walls and goes a step farther to try to cater to individual fields while also giving more traditional areas of study.
James Private Quarters
No one has even been in James Hannay's private Quarters, to date, no one has been invited into his private sanctum. Though rumors are abound as to what it could possibly hold given the erotic, deprived lusts that only james hannay could muster.
The Library
Large and well stocked with tomes scrolls and illuminations even some clay tablets. a dream for any researcher.
For Those Who Stay
While the main focus of the College is on studies, you can't do so unless you are comfortable. The Schola of the Luminarium Sempiterna offers members of the Entitlement who wish to use the facility for long term studies eight rooms for housing. Featuring original marble fireplaces, antique furniture, beautiful plaster cornices and ceiling medallions, and period lighting joined with fully renovated private baths, each luxurious room ensures guest comfort and convenience to the Diviners.
The Schola of the Luminarium Sempiterna is not archaic though, regardless of furnishings. In addition to luxurious Victorian comforts, the guest rooms and study ares are also loaded with modern conveniences. Cable TV with DVD/VCR, DSL & wireless internet, BOSE wave radio/CD player, 2 phone lines with voicemail, dimmer switches, caponizers, hair-dryers, iron & ironing board, and in-room HVAC controls to make sure that those who need it, are comfortable and have everything they need to continue their studies.
Secrets Within
The libraries and rooms in Schola of the Luminarium Sempiterna contain many secrets and lost texts. Many cabinets that house specimens and many symbols thought to be lost can be found inside its walls.
