There are a number of Lost in Scotland. And I need to come up with more flavour text for this fact.
A Note to Non-residents
It is strongly recommended that players interested in having their characters involved with the Scottish Region look at the Scottish Regional VSS. Characters claiming background ties or history in the region without those ties or history approved by the local STs will not be considered to have anything other than false memories left by the Others, confusion caused by the effects of their Durance, or mental damage sustained while breaking through the Hedge.
