Notes on the history - The two events listed in Shiva's history are actual historical events in Australia. Jindabyne and another town were drowned, flooded by the creation of Lake Jindabyne in 1965, and the town was relocated to higher ground, as part of one of Australia's biggest engineering feats, the Snowy Mountains Hydro-Electric scheme. Likewise, the landslide at Thredbo was a historical event also.
I make no claim that these events were related to anything happening in Changeling or the world of darkness, merely that the resonance of such profound events would be felt. Google them if you are interested.
Watching a changeling unwise enough to try and justify his freehold's actions.... While she contemplates feeding him rope.

Known History
Basic Timeline:
Born – 1940 in Australia
1962 – Becomes a successful performer, singer and dancer, based in Sydney. Meets the man who would become her fiancé, an engineer working on the Snowy Hydro Scheme, whilst skiing in the Snowy mountains.
1964 - got engaged, with plans to get married after the SHS is complete, in 1965.
1965 – understudies a show in a major theatre in Sydney – a defining memory for her, Performing. A week later she is taken.
Taken – 1965 aged 25 – The flooding of Lake Jindabyne
Fetch replaced - ends engagement with fiance, in favor of her career.
Returned – 30 July 1997 – Thredbo Landslide. Mason rescues her from the Hedge, chasing a man named Gabriel, with the Jabbawocky after her, and takes her to Sydney, after they search for more survivors.
1998 - Meets Gabriel again, finds out he's an underworld figure and begins to set up her information network in earnest. Meets The Valkyrie, and the two move in together. Finds Richard Davenport, her fiance, as an old man in an aged care home, and discovers her fetch had left him in favor of staying with her career in Sydney. Finds Celeste, her fetch, living in St Ives, and proceeds to monitor her.
2000 - Becomes Queen of Winter. War commences with Sean, the Summer King.
2004 - Richard's death.
2007 - Sean's death, in February. Autumn court take power, and then at the end of Winter, 'force' Shivva to cede power to Susan Bye Spring Queen, which she does, and then announces her succession, that she is no longer standing as Winter Queen. Names The Valkyrie as her successor.
Current Activities:
Known for monitoring the freehold's fetch's, but that she has never killed one. Even her own, who she has watched for a decade.
Located in Sydney Australia, very reclusive, but seems to have her fingers in everything.
Has a network of people who tell her things, information gatherer.

Rumors
Richard, Shivva's former fiance, believes Shivva to be her daughter, a fact the fetch finds interesting. Why didn't she tell him?
Shivva has been watching her fetch, Celeste, for nearly 10 years. What is she waiting for?
Shivva and The Valkyrie live together, in a mansion that the rest of the Freehold knows only as The Icehouse. An ex-Winter Queen and a Winter Queen, co-habiting; what's with that? They're both gorgeous, man-hating bitches, and they've been sharing a house for ten years now...
Shivva has not sung since her escape.
Shivva is the only member of the Freehold that the Valkyrie has never shot. Whether this is a gesture of affection, or a snub, is a little unclear.
Shivva has been paying very close attention to Susan Bye, Sydney's Spring Queen, of late. Perhaps there is some rivalry there, or perhaps some concealed interest?
