Known History
A well known promoter of the Arts in the Asian Community, not only is Shui Long known for his galleries but also for his community services. Of his various Galleries, the most prevalent is found in Vancouver, which showcase both his commissions as well as pieces from around historical China. He also owns a Restaurant in Richmond called ConFusion, which specializes in various Asian Cooking from around the Orient ~ A fusion of tastes from China, Korea, Japan, Cambodia, Thailand, and Indonesia.
Not-So-Known History
Shui Long's discovery by the Freehold came after he came to Vancouver back in 1984 looking for what he thought may still be missing family members from his past. He travelled with a very enigmatic character who went by the name of Mei Hou Wang. It was their strange adventures in the Hedge surrounding Vancouver that caused some rift between them and the Court of Vancouver. This in turn caused the Court to have them take an Oath to stay out of politics or leave the City, but since they had found, during Expo 86', a very powerful Hollow centred inside of Vancouver's Hedge, Shui Long agreed to the Oath in order to protect it, Mei Hou Wang on the other hand would not be tied down to such forced measures and left the City.
With Mei Hou Wang's departure, Shui Long was released from his duty and Oath to protect him, and was able to settle on less brutal endeavours. Interested in more serene and sublime pursuits, Shui Long turned to Art and Cooking, and liberated himself fully from the Court of Vancouver, up until late last year when the Court was betrayed from within. Both interested and concerned, Shui Long has found himself back in their halls, with the Oath still a part of his standard.
Palace of the Supreme Elements: Thought to predate the City of Vancouver, its first known association was during the World Expo. Much is unknown of this enigmatic Hollow, other than its telling artwork and wonderous architecture thought to contain the Four Winds of Legend.
