Known History

Basic Timeline: In 2000 Sliver appeared near Chicago with a rescued abductee in his arms. He refused to discuss what he did while in Faerie, and went on to devote all his time to helping other refugees.

Current Activities: Through his numerous identities Sliver has much sway in DeKalb and the surrounding area. He also has multiple contacts around the globe who assist him in his work to aid others.

Merit Details: Among his fellow Changelings, Sliver is widely known as an apothecary and healer. He has treated many of the local folks' wounds, and anticipates a long future treating more. He freely offers goblin fruits that he collects himself both for Glamour and for healing wounds (not to mention less savory uses), and has only ever refused in times of rationing the need. Not that he doesn't expect favors later in return...he is a Blackbird Bishop, after all.
Sliver benefits from multiple identities, and uses his contacts often to provide newly escaped changelings with whatever they may require to get on their feet. His only publicly known identities are Caro, who owns a convenience store that often provides the necessities of non-Faerie life free of charge, and Howie who volunteers at local soup kitchens and shelters looking for recent refugees and arranging temporary housing.

Background: Sliver never discusses his durance, or the time before his abduction.

• There are those who say that Sliver takes advantage of his abilities more often than most Mirrorskins like to do, maintaining dozens of identities at a time. Hundreds, some say.
